If you are not satisfied with equipment purchased through our consultation services, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when received. Items must include all original tags, labels, and documentation.

The 14-day return period begins from the date of delivery. Returns initiated after this period may not be accepted unless required by law or at our discretion.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, defective items, or incorrect shipment. In such cases, we will cover return shipping expenses.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be processed for the item cost only, excluding original shipping fees.

Return Process

Step 1: Contact us within the return period to initiate a return request. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: We will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions if approved.

Step 3: Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

Step 4: Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization using a trackable shipping method.

Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized equipment
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or modified
  • Items without original packaging or documentation
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Items purchased from third-party sellers

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our return policy.

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow the return process instead of cancellation.

Refund Procedure

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, typically taking 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Refund amounts will equal the purchase price of the returned item, excluding original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

You will receive email notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

General Legal Requirements

This policy complies with Irish consumer protection laws. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. If you are a consumer, you have additional rights under Irish law that cannot be excluded.
